This custom DYNACUT
Diamond Saw is
equipped with our optional power feed and a specially designed gang spindle with two diamond blades mounted, finishes both ends of the part with one cut. The DYNACUT designed clamping fixture completes this package providing a simple plug-in solution to fulfill this customer's needs.

This is the DYNACUT 610, a special purpose machine, available in various configurations from full manual fixed head, to CNC four axis control. Fixturing for a specific job is also available through our engineering department. The unit pictured is representative of our standard machine size, however, much larger designs are available to handle larger work pieces and auxiliary equipment such as rotary tables, spacers and power vises. The machine is designed and built around your needs.
